Compare Vec elements [VecIndex]..[VecIndex+Len-1] with calling object elements [Index]..[Index+Len-1] and store result in Self.

Remarks

An exception is raised if Vec and calling object TMtxVecInt.IntPrecision property do not match or if array borders are overrun/underrun.
